411BDSM has grown in the past few months and needs soem other professional guidance and direction. Remember this is a community created for BDSM and ran by the people. Right now 411BDSM is in need of a Board of Directors. If you are interested in being on the Board of Directors, please contact spankey at four11bdsm@yahoo.com . He has been put in charge of organization of this.
Serving on the Board of Directors would include, but not limited to (because rules would have to be agreed upon by everyone)
1. When you are on site, if you see anything wrong or in chat and someone is acting out. Take Charge. If there is a link that’s down, graphics that are not working email or contact Mistress.
2. Working on various projects, such as emailing organizations, clubs around the country and help to grow the sight.
3. We need ideas. Bring to the table at least 3 ideas to grow the site and to further a strong growing BDSM community.
4. Once a month, sooner if needed the BOD will have a chat in a room here. You must be there.
5. Help bring the site alive and contact 3 members a week to just talk, email and find out what they want.
6. Be available and willing to do various assignments, like, gathering information, finding out about other sites and being willing to work with our community.
I look forward to hearing from you! This community needs this to help stay with its growth and desires of people in the lifestyle to have a real lifestyle community such as this.
